We had looked for months to get my wife the perfect car. After she test drove a Mercedes at our local dealer we decided this is the right car. I encountered a friendly & knowledgeable sales staff that answered my every question. I never once felt the slightest bit of “sales pressure.” You don’t get handed off from the salesperson to the finance manager to the warranty manager the one well trained sales person is with you beginning to end.

I was looking all over the country for a particular vehicle and Mercedes of Wichita had one. I was hesitant to buy out-of-state, but my salesman, Nick Rupp, made the transaction painless. Right before I made the purchase, an even better car suited for me came in and I abruptly changed vehicle choices, but it did not make a difference to Nick. The sales and service staff here are really great to work with! They go above and beyond to assist the costumer. They are professional, courteous, and friendly. I made several visits to have a few things done. The first was an oil change along with tire and rear brakes replacement. Carrie Hansen got me into a loaner vehicle (twice) in under 10 minutes. Not everything was done in 1 day so she scheduled anther appointment for me within a week. She was the only service adviser there at that time and was helping every person who came in. Believe it or not it’s more than just the sell. I had the option of going with a BMW or Mercedes.. The initial phone call of the inquiry of both vehicles made the difference for me.. BMW of Austin sales person was overbearing and rude.. As with the Mercedes, Dan Nagel was top notch.. His approach was personalable and respectful and followed through all the way to the end.
