My fiance and I have both purchased our cars from Walser Audi, and had them serviced there exclusively. Every time we go to the campus we are greeted politely and taken care of immediately. The sales manager, and service personnel typically greet us by name and are always eager to make sure we are covered with anything we might need while we wait for a service to be completed, or if we choose to take advantage of a loaner car for the day. The service team is always wonderful at communicating any additional recommended work or maintenance and is honest about what is and isn't necessary. Additionally, upon completing the last round of maintenance on my Q5, I was notified what would be the expected maintenance at the next 10k mile check in.We are extremely satisfied with Audi Wichita, and will continue to purchase and service our cars with the team.

I went to the Audi service and told them what sounds my car was making and the experts there conducted a full inspection and found the problem while they were repairing my vehicle they gave me a really nice loaner

My husband and I had a very positive experience. We did not feel pressured to make a purchase. The process was very simple and straightforward, no haggling. The price of the 2016 Jeep we purchased and our trade in value were both very reasonable. Cody was a pleasure to work with. Free car washes for life are also a plus! This was all completed at the Mercedes Benz location.

As always, Walser's people were great. I had my Lexus ES-350 service and got the appointment easily, was given a curtesy loaner car and all my concerns and issues were dealt with in a courteous and friendly manner. I always brag about the service to all my friends and co-workers and plan to purchase my next car from Walser.
We own two Acura's. We had recalls on both my and my husbands cars. His was a recall regarding an oil issue and they are handling it well. One more visit and his will be complete. MY MDX had 2 recalls and each was handled well. I did experience an issue with what appeared to be a chip in the right rear bumper and expressed my concern to the staff there . Wes Taylor was quick to follow up and was very interested in solving the matter and everything was resolved promptly and efficiently . Walser Acura is lucky to have such a capable and personable employee in Wes Taylor.
