Morgan Borrego was very polite and knowledgeable in her job..was very pleased with the recall work that was done on my Audi Q5.. I wish I had could have had that same experience a couple months ago with Boc. Thank you for taking care of my car, even tho my son had purchased it from a dealer in Florida.
Not a bad idea having a lot of options all grouped together where you can compare different makes easily. The people there weren't pushy or imposing and were actually very helpful. We ended up perusing a few different models of a couple different makes and would definitely go back again.
Service at Walser Audi is so easy that it is effortless. I had my 35,000 inspection etc. and was told that it would take two hours. They were done almost an hour early and even replaced my windshield wipers at my request. Even though my Audi is three years old I still bring it two hours south to make sure that quality work is completed by Walser. I am never disappointed.
My car overheated on my way to Wichita. I got to my hotel. I waited for my car to cool down. I called BMW to set up a time when they could find out the problem. Needed to replace 7 yr old battery in my X3. Combined it with an oil change. Service gave me an estimate of the cost of the battery replacement and registering. They also gave me an estimated time to complete the job. Since I was from out of town, they put me in a loaner to run errands while they completed the work. Service advisor was very helpful and freindly, and job was completed on time to my satisfaction.
The service department for Audi was on top of their game this week. Our sales associate Lam helped us get my first service set up and after a few reschedules on my part, they still had a loaner car ready for my drop off.
